Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child custody

i have recently moved to texas from fl with my 3 yr old son. to better my life for him.. his father was ok with the move until right before we left when he got drunk and flipped out.. i do have my divorce papers and it DOES NOT state anywhere in them that i cant leave!! what do i need to do about that??? and what do i need to do about child support???

You can get the case transferred to TX from TX. You can get an interstate child support case from the TX ATTY GEN office. If you cannot hire an attorney, the AG's office might get this done for you in 2-5 years - if you're lucky.
