child custody @ school
my children's father is insisting that the 11 year old twins ride the bus to his house & i pick them up there on my days of custody because our 2003 divorce decree states i will pick them up at his residence. he basically wants them to ride the bus because he has a new stepson who would have to ride it alone otherwise. he wants the school to bar me from picking up my children on my days of custody. what is your take on this?

Sounds pretty Chicken s*** to me....
Your days, you decide. Most decrees say that periods of visitation start when dismissed from school. If yours doesn't, then I file a motion to modify to clarify the issue so that you don't have any exposure on it.
