Child Custody

I have a situation were my children live with there mother. I have noticed bruses on my middle son,We have been divorced since 10/99.I found out that she was investigated in 1997 for sexual assault on my oldiest son and i was never informed.What can i do about it? And is there a way to get free legal assistance? thank you

Depending upon where you live, free work is difficult to come by. And, legal work is not all that's required. If you suspect that your son is being abused, call the police and Child Protective Services. Those people have a job to do and CPS has attorneys who work for the best interest of the child (or at least they try to).
