child custody

my son is 12 and wants to live with me and my family. His mom tells him no. I need to find out the steps and the papers i need to follow to get into court to see a judge. I live in the state of texas.

I urge you to get an attorney to handle the matter for you. There are specific provisions of the law, but if you do it wrong, you won't get another chance for a while.
