child custody please help me
my sons father picked him up for a visit three weeks ago and refuses to return him the police wont do anything untill a court order has been issued is there any way i can get my son back before the hearing

Have you retained an attorney? It will be almost impossible for you to represent yourself effectively in a custody matter. A temporary hearing should be scheduled to make determinations about conservatorship. Feel free to email directly.
