Child Custody

Is there a specific form that my husbund needs to have custody of our son, even though we are not divorced? We live in Texas

It is not a form, it is a court order. If you are filing for divorce, your attorney will also prepare Temporary Orders which will provide for conservatorship, visitation and child support.
