what are the steps i need to take if my ex spouse is letting one of my two children i have with her come live with me, and i currently pay child support on both

Get a lawyer to prepare the Agreed Modification, and Termination of Child Support. The lawyer will prepare the Petitions, and forward to your ex with a waiver and Agreed Orders.
