child custody Texas

we are not married been together 9 years and I have been a Stay a home mom to our two year old his 14 year old and my 12 and 14 year olds for the last year, He has decided that he wants custody of our two year old stating that I dont have a job and i cant take of him, Do stay at home moms have a chance? He kicked us out we are staying with friends as of now

Mothers always have the upper hand. See if you can get a lawyer which might sound difficult. But you have no chance without one. Good Luck.
