child custody

i currently have visitation with my son but my ex-wife will not let me see him. i completed the court required parenting class and am paying chld support. what legal recourse to i have to make her let me see him

Keep track of your attempts to exercise visitation under the order. Get a copy of the order and keep it with you when you go to pick him up. If she will not let you have the child, call the police or sheriff immediately (sometimes you can have them on standby). They won't make her release the child to you, but they will write a report that will help you when you file for enforcement and contempt. Do not fail to make each attempt to visit your child. Document each visit. Call the police or sheriff each time you do not get visitation. File a motion for enforcement and contempt requesting attorney fees. Do this very soon.
