child custody visitations
i have custody of my son father has visitations i opted to trade weekends with him because son wanted to attend his bestfriends birthday party father sais no what can happen if i do not let him go to his father's and let him go to party instead

You would be in violation of the order. Why couldn't the father take him to the party? If that won't work, send the child the next week-end for 2 weekends in a row. Custodial parents do it all the time. Not that it's right, but there is not much the other parent can do. Maybe call the police and make a record.
