child custody

my wife and i have joint custody of my 16 yr. old daughter. she has her as primary address. she is going to jail for 6 months. can i change my daughters primary address to mine?

Probably. You need to read the current court orders.

Also, you might want to go to court and ask for a modification.

If both parties agree, it's quick and easy.

I offer Do It Yourself kits if it is all agreed and you just need the paperwork done.
