Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Custody

Me and my wife both lived in Tennessee I have 2 houses here, 2 cars and I lived here my whole life a year ago we moved to Texas for work and rented a house with intentions of going back to TN. Now she want a divorce and she wants to stay in Texas I want to moved back to Tennessee I want custody of my son I see her as unfit. What do I do?

You start by hiring a good family law attorney. Contested divorces with property and children are not something to try to do yourself.
