would like to know if my x husband has a chance of get our 4yr old son due to he held me in contempt of court and the judge ruled in his favor and he let him keep him for 46 days to make up time loss.

The two issues are not related. It seems that the judge has provided him a remedy by giving 46 makeup days. I would strongly advise you to fully obey the existing Court order. You have no discretion to alter what the judge has ordered except under exceptional circumstances where the safety of the child is involved. Contact me if you would like to discuss this matter more.

Failure to allow court ordered possession and access (visitation) can be a basis to change custody. Your actions have shown you cannot be trusted to obey the Court. You really need an attorney.
