Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child custody

12 year old stepson does not want to return to mothers custody- he has been living with us since Jan. and she is mad because my husband is on dialysis and can no longer afford child support- he is having case reviewed by state- son says he will cause problems if he has to go back- she seldom sees him once a week- picks up at 9 or 10 pm and drops off at 7 am next morning never weekends

There really isn't a questions here, but if you are asking what to do, you really need to find an attorney to help you. Sounds like you need to modify the custody arrangement. See is there is legal aid in your area or call various family law attorneys and see takes payment plans.
