Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
child custody
20 yr old daughter has 2 infant sons 1 yr and 2 yrs old;they were taken from her by cps over a yr ago;i had them joint custody for a majority of the time, but cps always left my daughter in control of their benefits & say-so on who had them, which she just neglected that part altogether.judge gave her custody back of both boys since cps classes had been completed last november 2006.since then, youngest one (who is regular patient of childrns hospitl due t/aspiration goes in f/electro shock therapy 3 times per wk), has missed several appointments at hospitl, becuz daughter makes excuses t/not take him, & even tho she has food in house, tells me that the oldest doesn't like to eat, so if he eats even one hot dog a day it's a lot.my concern is she is back to neglecting them again becuz both boys are constantly sick, losing weight, & her home stays dirty and full of people she parties with.she has been beaten up 5 times by others since boys have been back in her care. she dances at strip club, & presently lives with a gentleman (from the club), & frequently visits other men (also frm the club) during days. she loves them, but is not capable of raising them.how do i fight f/boys when cps & adlibed attrny don't believe me?

Re: child custody
If you actually had joint custody, by court order, then hire yourself a lawyer, and get the custody modified. If you have proof of your allegations, it would be helpful - such as photographs of the house, dr records showing missed appointments, police reports, etc
