Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child custody

I let my 6 yr old son go to Minnesota for the summer to visit his dad, I am the custodial parent and he is the non-custodial parent. He is trying to keep him there without my permission, he also took him to see a shrink without my permission. what can I do? Because I am the custodial parent can I just go and get him or do I have to go to court?

Re: Child custody

You need to carefully read your current court order.

You might want to sit down with your divorce attorney and discuss your options.

If you don't have an attorney, I highly recommend Pat Bushman at 713.805.9591.

Pl. tell PAT that FRAN sent you.

Good luck!
