child custody
i'm an 18yr old and unemployed, pregnant, and unmarried. i live with my parents, what would i need to do to give my mother legal guardianship so my baby is covered under my mothers insurance?

This is a question that is more appropriately posed to your insurance company. They have policies that will guide what is acceptable.
In many instances, they will require a court order designating conservatorship and obligation to provide health care. This is a proceeding which will require notice to the father of the child.
