Child Custody (I'm 15 yrs old)

How do I live with my friend if my aunt is my guardian and never comes home and neglects me? Also....How do we get papers for my friends mother to be my guardian?

If you are being neglected, you need to tell an adult, such as a teacher, a counselor, or a minister.

The only way to change guardianship or conservatorship is through the Courts.
