Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child Custody-Child now lives with us..

My husband has a 16 year old daughter that moved in with us this past year. There was no neglect on the mothers part she just wanted to go to school here instead of where her mother lives. My question is what can we do about the child support that we are still paying to my husbands exwife? We are not wanting to have her pay child support but we would like the $130 a week that we pay her back.. How much does something like this cost and how long would it take.. Thanks
