if my babys mother is going off to a trade school in san marcos and she is going to take me off child support will i automaticly have custy of my child or how do i go about that to get custudy of my child

I don't understand what you mean by take you off child support, and no, you won't automatically get custody of your child. If you want custody you need file lawsuit and ask for custody. I suggest you find a good family law attorney.
