Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child custudy

I want to file for custudy of my two boys, that I did not get custudy of when thier father I divorced because I was unable to make it to court do to the loss of everything in the divorce. So my question is; what paperwork do I need to fill out & how do I successfully put a case together without me having to hire a leagle representative to handle the case, because I have no funds to do so.

This is why lawyers go to school and then practice for years -- to learn how to do this. There is no way to 'teach' it to you on a message board. If you really want your kids back, get a second job, cut back on expenses, and find a good family lawyer that will take a payment plan for the modification.
