Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I have a child to a deadbeat dad who has skipped on over 12K worth of payments. State initiated searches have been unsuccessful; a skip trace done on his name by a private sector company revealed 3 possible social security numbers he may be using. He received a settlement (5M+) from an oil company for a back injury in or around 1990. How do we catch this guy? The child was born in 1995. Do not have the oil company name.

I'm sorry you had a child with a deadbeat, but if neither the State or a professional skip trace could find him there probably isn't much anyone else can do. Did you provide the SSNs to the OAG?
