Child education

I have filed for divorce and had temporary orders. I no longer have an attorney due to fees is this temporary order still valid. What can I do to get this finalized?

The temporary orders are valid until the case is dismissed.

To get it finalized, if everyone agrees to the divorce and the details, you need to do the paperwork.

If everyone does not agree, I assume that you will ask to go to mediation.

I sell do it yourself kits if I think they will work for you.

Additionally, try to find another lawyer. Many attorneys will work with you on a payment plan.
