child emancipaton
legally what does child emancipation mean? does it mean my son has emancipated when he turned 18 still in high school living with me OR does it mean when he graduates in May and still living with me until he attends college in Mid August OR does it mean when he officially is attending college and living on the campus

Normally it is when the child graduates from high school or turns 18, whichever is last. I assume you are talking about the child support obligation, so even though your son has turned 18, the child support obligation does not end until he graduates from high school. It has nothing to do with college.
