Can my child father get full custody of my daughter

As an attorney, I have no idea what "full custody" means to you.

In Texas, it is presumed that you will be joint managing conservators unless he can prove that it should not be done.

Even the non-custodial parent will get a Standard Possession Order. If the person requests it, the person without custody can get an expanded St. Possession Order that would give that parent more time with the child since exchanges are done at the beginning and end of the school day. So a non-custodial parent could get the child 45-47% of the time with a TX SPO expanded.
