Child on her fathers time

May 3yr old daughter was at her Dad's for ''his'' weekend and when she came back I asked if she took a bath that day because sometimes she won't take one for him. She said yes that she took one with her dad's girlfriends son who is 9yr old. I have tried to get a hold of him for almost 2 weeks and have yet to hear from him. So i go ahead and get a lawyer for superivsed visitation?

Since this is a single issue, you might be able to mediate this individual issue. Mediation can be binding and incorporated into a court order.

If not, then retain an attorney to file with the court for guidelines on visitation when the older child is present.
