Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Child
My ex girlfriend and I have a son together. About six months into her pregnancy, she cut off all communication with me and advice all others to do so. She now married n lives in CO. What can I do? How would paternity test help me if at all?

Re: Child
You will probably need a Colorado lawyer to institute proceedings. In Texas it is called a Suit Affecting Parent-Child Relationship. The suit would create a legal father-son relationship, with visitation, holidays, child support and continued information about your child's well-being.
