Child kidnapping
How can i get my child is my girlfriend took our child and is staying at her mothers with no job and no education to take care of my child.

First of all - it's not kidnapping. It's her child too. I don't know if you have an order concerning your fatherhood or not. Without an order from the court, the child is at the mercy of whoever have the child in their possession at any one time. If you want to change this situation, you would have to show the court that you would be a better parent. Very difficult. If the child is being abused, call Child Protective Services.
