My child lives with her dad for 5 years after the divorce and then live with me for 4 years after that. Then I had a serious illness and reconstructive surgery of my cervix for abnormal pap smears and cancer related issues And I let my ex take care of her while I was sick and he said no problem. A year later he has kept her from me and I threatened to kidnap charges and now he is filing for child support. He did not put her in our divorce decree because he was a criminal and old me and my family $30,000 to get him out for felony charges. Will he be successful and getting child support?
