My child has been living with his father who is not on the birth certificate,for two yrs my son will be three this june. my sons grandmother, on his dads side,has threatened she would get a lawyer to fight for custody because i have not had a stable home for the past two yrs. but now i am ready to take my child back and raise him.she said i will have to pay back everything even the taxes from last yr because ive been claiming food stamps and wic but have not given them anything while they've had him. what can i do to keep my child?
