Child Missing

Ex wife does not have custody of our child. Her parents do and she has moved out of state with him. Is this kidnapping? She will nor will her family tell me where he (my son) is.

If you have orders, you could get an order for enforcement and contempt if you go through the proper steps. Good Luck.
