Child modification and venue

I am the primary conservator for our 11 yr old daughter. My custody hearings finished in Houston Tx on Apr 2004 where I have the exclusive right geographically to designate the residence. We moved to Dallas in Dec 2004 and have been there for 4 1/2 yrs. If I wanted to file a modification where would I have to file it at?

In the county in which you have lived for at least six months. Find a good family law attorney to help you.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. Initially you will file in Harris County and then have it transferred to your home county where it will actually be heard.
