Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I can only guess. It is not a legal term in the State of Texas. I assume that she is angry with you about something. It appears that you live in the Houston area. Could it be child alienation?

Obviously, the two of you don't get along. I suggest that the parents do all the interacting regarding their child(ren). As a step-parent, you should not be talking to the mother of the child(ren). The two parents need to co-parent their children. As a step-parent you have no legal rights regarding these children. It might not be what you want to hear but it's the law in the State of Texas.
