child patertity

my soon to be ex-wife is tryin to get me to sign over my parental rights of a child that is not biologicly mine. if i do it, will this hurt me in court when i try to get custody of my 6 yr old daughter

You don't have any parental rights to a child that is not your biological child. There is no reason to sign anything unless she tries to make you pay child support for the child. I can't think of any reason to be concerned about this child (legally).
