If we participate in couple swapping, have pics online, advertising for partners by public internet boards such as craigslist, and being a member of a private swingers club, could it be considered harm to our kids and cause for CPS investigation?

In Collin County, IF CPS got involved, and IF CPS got the court involved, you would have difficulty protecting your conservatorship.

Anything can cause an investigation. All custody rulings are ultimately about what the judge considers the "best interest of the child".
