Child Relinquishment

I have a child I can no longer see because of the father who refuses to compromise. How would one go about relinquishing my rights to my child?

Re: Child Relinquishment

You might not be able to. Judges do not like terminations of parental rights, without another parent (stepparent) ready to step in and take responsibility. (child support).

You do not identify the problems or the age of your child. Have you tried to enforce your visitation through the court? Your situation could well change over time. If you do not have an attorney, you should have one now.
