Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

child residency

we live in texas. my 14 yr-old daughter lives with me. my ex and i are both remarried. Recently my husband has found other employment in another state. I want to move out there with him and my daughter wants to go also. but my ex is trying to change the order. I have the ''right to decide where she lives geographically'' he does not. can he stop me from leaving texas with her?
