Can a child be taken out of state befor a divorce fi you are in danger?

Found out husband is taking drugs.

Two children 1 and 3.

No family or support in Texas.

Want to go to Ohio, by my family for support.

Can I take my kids?

Will I be charged with kiddnapping?

His family is hiding the drug problem.

How do I prove his drug problem?

How do I ensure sole custody?

Dont have money, attorny I called wanted 4K + 300 per hour, Dont have that much money.

What are my options?

Please help!

Your children are as much yours as your husband's. If you want to leave, you can. Your next step would be to file for divorce in OH. Contact every attorney in the phone book. I do divorces for a lot less money than your were quoted. You could also contact the local county bar association or women's shelter groups to see if there are attorneys in the area who will work for no fee. If that doesn't work, you will have to save your money to hire an attorney.
