The court has establish continuing jurisdiction over the child, and you can't remove the child permanently from the court's jurisidiction without permission of the court. There should be standing orders attached to your petition. You can ask the court's permission; but will need justifiable cause, as the court's policy is to foster a relationship for the child with both parents. You should be represented by counsel.
