Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child suppor

My ex is sueing me to stop child suppot due to my daughter has still not graduated from school and is 20yrs old but still attending school full time, and our court orders state that he is to cont. paying child support until the child graducates. So how can he do this and what should I do if I don't have the money to hire an attorney. Do I have to respond to the letter that was served to me and go to court?

Re: Child suppor

If you don't go to court, your X will win. If this is important to you, you should hire a lawyer otherwise you will likely lose this child support. Good Luck.

See if there is any free legal aid available in your area, but even if there isn't, you need to be at Court.
