Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Child support agreement states that I must pay child support until child is 18 or graduates from high school. Child is already 18 and last day of school before graduation is June 2. Can I pro-rate the child support. I am going to pay for the child's college and her mother refuses to help, so i would like to save the money for child's college tuition.

It depends on what your order says. If it is a typical order, it provides that support is due until the month following the event that triggers that cessation of child support. In your case that would be through the end of June. There is no pro-ration.
