can i get child support and alimony even if we are not divorce just seperated

You file for divorce and ask for temporary orders.

At the temp. order hearing, child support and temp. spousal support is set up.

If no temp. spousal support is ordered, then division of how the debts are going to be paid (like health ins. premiums, car ins. premiums, etc.) are divided up.

You need an attorney to represent you.

Many times before a hearing, you are now ordered to go to mediation before there is even a hearing.
