Re: Child Support Arrears

Based on what you have written, it appears that you may not have the ability to pay child support. You should contact a local law firm to assist you with the AG's office. If my local law firm can assist you with this or any other legal matter, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange for an initial consultation.

I don't think this one can be done in an email. Call my office to set up a consultation. I do not charge for the initial appointment.

Re: Child Support Arrears

Hire a lawyer to see if you can stretch it out over 6 months. You actually do not have the physical or financial ability to pay child support. Last time I did this for a guy in your condition, it cost him about $5K. But then you have $17K to spend in your final days.

Good Luck.
