Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Child support
We are being asked to increase child support. We have no issue with this, but do wish to ask for a geographical restrcition as she has none now. We would also like to ask the she pick up the children from us and we will pick them up. Last one not a big deal. I am pretty sure she will agree to these terms just not sure how formal my letter should be.

Re: Child support
Normally, a letter isn't going to do it. You really need to talk to a good family law attorney who can review what she filed and then advise you on what to do to get what you want. If you are all in agreement this can be done fairly quickly, easily, and inexpensively.
