child support?

I am 20 and had a baby with this girl. She did not tell me she was pregnant or anything. The child dose not have my last name. I was not informed of the birth they didn't give me a chance to be apart of my sons birth. Now she wants child suport which I will gladly pay. I would like for my son to have my last name is that posible. Also will they have to let me see him and for him to spend time with my mom and family?

You need to file a Voluntary Paternity action. If you are the biological father the parent-child relationship will be established between you and the child and the mom can do nothing to prevent it.
