Child support ?

My child support is based on my last job earnings; however i do not work for that employer and i work for wal-mart in graham,tx which i make less money at. So my ? Is since i make less at this job should my monthly payments be lower than what they are now?

Only if the Cort changes them. It isn't automatic. If you can't afford to try to do a modification yourself, you can ask the Attorney General's Office to do a CSR (child support review).
