Child Support - Child not biological
During my divorce, I stated that one of the children was not my husbands. My husband want to continue to see her. The judge order him to pay child support and gave him visitation. My husband also had 5 additional children. So a total of 6 children.

My daughter is now 9 years old and has asked about her biological father and we (bio dad & I) are arranging it so that my daughter can get to know him.

My ex-husband says that he does not approve of her meeting her real father or her spending any time with him.

I have FULL custody of the child, my ex and I DO NOT have joint.

Does my ex-husband have any legal rights when it comes to my 9 year old?

Also, my ex-has threatened to take me back to court and reduce child support if I allow her biological father to see her.

Can I be ordered to pay back the additional child support that my ex has paid me, for my 9 year old, even though during the divorce I told the judge that she had a different father?

Your ex does not have the power he thinks he does. He might get child support reduced for the future, but not likely to get a back order. Children of a marriage are presumed to be the biological children of the parents to the marriage. Bio dad might want to petition for rights and obligations. See a lawyer to get this straightened out.
