Child Support

How is child support calculated in Texas when the divorcing couple has a minor child and a child in college?

Child support only applies to the child who is under 18 and/or still in high school, not the child in college. In general, the obligation for one child is 20% but there are variables. You need a good family law attorney. Feel free to call my office if you want to set up an appointment.
