I'm going to a child support case and the baby's father is demanding that I pay for his lawyer and can he make me move out of where I'm living

The answer to your first question is: No. It is VERY unlikely that a Judge will award attorney's fees to him. Don't worry about this.

The answer to the second question is: What would make you think that someone can make you move out? We need more information.
