child support

If my cheats on me or does something morally wrong and she becomes my ex-wife, can i fight for custody of my children on those grounds. Also, do i have to pay child support while i am fighting for their custody.

Certainly, you can fight for custody on those ground, but only on limited facts, could any possible success be predicted. Yes, your children have to have support if that is what the court orders. Good Luck.
